Office vide its report dated 13.11.2025 has reported that notice issued to the first informant of the case has been served personally. Inspite of service of notice none appears for the informant. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Vishaka Dubey, learned counsel for the High Court Legal Services Committee, Allahabad, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of BNSS, has stated that the applicant had called the victim at his house and had molested her, whereas the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has levelled of fingering and she suffered pain.
