The instant bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 325 of 2025, under Sections 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of the B.N.S., and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset submits that he has filed the present short-term/parole application and he shall be pressing the same at this stage. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State- Respondent on parole application and perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.07.2025. 5.
