The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 135 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S. and Section 4, 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Araul, District Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed the murder of the mother and maternal grand-mother of the informant on 29.07.2024 at about 5:50 a.m. 5.
