Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This is the second bail application moved on behalf of applicant. His first bail application was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 42785 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the victim in her statements has made specific allegation against the applicant for committing her rape, but after the first bail application was rejected the victim (P.W.2) at the trial has adduced her evidence in which she has not made any allegation of rape against the applicant and she has also stated that applicant has not made her such video, thus, she has not supported the prosecution case and she has been declared hostile, which statement has been annexed as Annexure No. 7 to the affidavit filed in support of the
