Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0007 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 109, 351(3), 352, 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Gulriha, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the named accused person Anil Nishad and some unknown person are stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to the son and son-in-law of the informant on 4.1.2025 at about 08:00 p.m. when they were coming back after attending a feast. 5.
