The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Danish Kuraishi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 428 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of The Uttar Pradesh Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station- Phase-III, Noida, District Gautam Bhudda Nagar, during pendency of the trial.
