Heard Shri Puneet Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Puneet Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, Bhagwan Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 458 of 2009, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station- Tappal, District- Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 24.03.2025.
