This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Dinesh Baghel, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2025, under Sections 08/20/29/27/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Rasool Pur, District Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. 3.
