The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 12.09.1984 passed by the V Additional Session Judge, Etawah convicting the appellant under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to undergo life imprisonment in Session Trial No. 50 of 1984 arising out of Case Crime No. 33 of 1983 initially registered under Section 308 IPC.
