This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed under Section 74 of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (for short 'the Act') by the Deputy Commissioner, State Tax, Sector-9, Noida. 2. The petitioner was issued notice under Section 74(1) of the Act on 17.02.2023, inter alia, raising demand of tax interest and penalty. The petitioner filed its reply on 21.03.2023. It appears that, thereafter, no proceedings were taken and order dated 04.02.2025 has been passed after a passage of over two years since the filing of the reply apparently without according any opportunity of hearing. 3.
