Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some inadverten mistakes have crept in the body of the writ petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. The registry of this Court is directed to return the certified copy of the documents annexed with the writ petition to the counsel for the petitioners after retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
