And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashutosh Kumar Gautam Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. The petitioner, who is working as Staff Nurse (male), is aggrieved for non payment of salary w.e.f. August, 2024. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in above regard petitioner has already approached the concerned respondent by means of a representation dated 10th May, 2025 which is pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event a direction is issued to the respondent concerned , namely respondent No.- 3 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10th May, 2025 in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 3 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10th May, 2025 strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of one month from the date of production of
