It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was twice declared medically unfit without assigning any reason and that he got himself medically examined separately on Deen Dayal Upadhyay Government Medical Hospital, Varanasi, he was found to be medically fit. In the given facts and circumstances petitioner is permitted to make representation before the competent authority namely the Selection Board to supply him a copy of medical rejection certificate.
