The prayer clause in this writ petition reads thus: “In light of the above facts and circumstances, the Petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: A. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 06.03.2025 submitted by the Petitioner within a reasonable period and provide him with the following information; B. Declare that the failure of the Respondents to respond to the representation is arbitrary, unlawful, and in violation of the fundamental rights of the Petitioner; C.
