JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court. 2. The limited request in the present petition is that the learned Trial Court may be requested to dispose of the suit in a time-bound manner. 3. The case is reportedly at the stage of final arguments. 4. Learned counsel for respondent has also joined the proceedings through video conferencing. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court towards various orders passed by learned Trial Court, and it is noticed that the learned Trial Court is already seized of final arguments. On 12.03.2025, there was no appearance from the side of defendant and, therefore, the matter was directed to be taken up on 19.03.2025 on which date, the learned Presiding Officer was on leave. 6.
