This writ petition filed in public interest seeks removal of illegal encroachment and illegal possession occupied by the opposite party nos.6 and 7 over the gaon sabha/government land in the village concerned. For such a grievance, U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 provides a remedy under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case the appropriate proceedings under section 67 of U.P.
