Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: " (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties, particularly the opposite party No. 4 & 5 to reconstruct the Path/Chak road from the house of Prem Prakash to the house of Rajaram of village Bastiya, Block Gosaiganj, Tehsil Mohanlalganj, District- Lucknow, which has been destroyed by the some villagers and included the area of chakroad in their fields.
