Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding and directing the respondent authorities to conduct impartial and transparent demarcation of Gata No. 46Ka/0.2150 Hectate and Gata No. 46Kha/0.1900 Hectare recorded as 'pond' in revenue records situated at Village Khajuri, Pargana Miranpur, Tehsil Lambhua, District Sultanpur, and to remove illegal encroachment/unauthorized constructions of house, boundary-wall etc. raised by the Respondent No. 5 and 6 from the aforesaid Gram Sabha and public utility land, in the interest of justice;" 3.
