Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file the same afresh by disclosing all the relevant details and data about the animals kept in the zoo, which, according to him, are not being properly cared for. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
