The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing the opposite parties to restrain the opposite party no.5 from illegal construction over the Gata No.3Ka/0.3360 hec. recorded as a Naveen Parti land in Khatauni 1425F to 1430F of Village Padaran, Police Station Motiganj, Tehsil and District Gonda, U.P. in the interest of justice." 2.
