Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Party No.2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment and construction illegally encroached and possessed by Opposite Party No.5 to 7, over the land of Land Gata No. 196, Area 0.0640 Hect., situated at Village- Asda Mau, Hamlet and Paragana- Sidhaur, Tehsil- Haidergarh, District- Barabanki., which is recorded as Nali in the revenue records." 2.
