Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 1 & 2 for compliance the pending proceeding as Akar Patra 67(Ka) 67 (Kha) and 67 (Ga) UP Revenue Rules 2016 as well as Removal to illegal encroachment being unauthorized possession of the O.P. No.3 to 7 over the reserve public land as recorded Khaad Ghadha gatta no. 1966 and Khaliyan gatta no.1970 in revenue record as contained (Annexure No.2&4) to this petition." 3.
