Hon'ble J.J. Munir,J. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Tehsildar to decide Computerized Case No. T202102030800066, Gram Sabha vs. Ram Sagar, under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the Tehsildar, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj. Upon instructions received from the Tehsildar, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj, it is stated by Mr. Roopesh Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel that the case under Section 67(1) has already been decided vide order dated 15.04.2025 and eviction of the encroachers ordered.
