This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to examine the application made by the petitioner dated 08.11.2024 and take appropriate decision. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner seeks to question the allotment of house under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana to respondent no. 6. However, not a word has been indicated in the petition disclosing the credentials of the petitioner and how the petition in any manner is in public interest. 3. Having gone through the averments made in the petition and the documents annexed therewith, we do not find any case for entertaining the petition in public interest.
