A personal affidavit has been filed by the District Magistrate, Bulandshahr in compliance with the order dated 05.05.2025 today in Court. It is taken on record. Let it be numbered by the office. In paragraph no. 7 of the affidavit, it is averred: "7. That it is most respectfully submitted that respondent no. 6 is presently died (no more). In fact, Smt. Hirshi Devi w/o of Udaiveer, & Daughter of deceased Kanta Devi (respondent no. 6) had made illegal possession/ encroachment over the land in question, hence the notice was issued to Smt. Hirshi Devi D/o deceased Kanta Devi (respondent no. 6) to remove encroachment by herself from the government reserve land in question. In compliance thereof, the Smt. Hirshi Devi W/o of Udaiveer, & Daughter of deceased Kanta Devi (respondent no. 6) has, herself, removed said encroachment over the land in question. At present, the land in question i.e. Gata
