Smt. Sharanjit Kaur Kohli, whereby the divorce petition filed by the 2. The factual matrix of the instant appeal pertains to the marriage between the respondent and the appellant, which was solemnized on 28.03.2011 according to the Sikh Rites and ceremonies in Delhi. It was the second marriage of both the parties and was love-cum- arranged. No child was born out of the said wedlock.
