By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 10.02.2022 [hereafter ‘impugned order’] passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, South, Saket Courts, Delhi [hereafter ‘Trial Court’] in Bail Application No. 182/2022, in FIR No. 41/2020, dated 16.01.2020, registered at Police Station Neb Sarai, Delhi, for the offence punishable under Sections 376/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [hereafter „IPC‟], vide which the accused Satender @ Aman i.e. respondent no. 2 herein had been granted regular bail.
