Compromise affidavit filed by Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for respondent-3 is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Anurag Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for informant and the learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents. 4. This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No.151 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 82(2), 85, 351(2) BNS, at Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that till date neither the police report has been submitted nor cognizance has been taken in the present matter.
