Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.4.2025 whereby the application u/s 173(4) B.N.S.S. filed by the petitioner has been rejected. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to register FIR in view of the law settled by the Apex Court judgment in Lalita Kumari case." 3. At the very outset, Sri G.P.Singh, learned AGA-I raised an objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has got efficacious alternative remedy to file a revision under B.N.S.S. and as such the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of statutory alternative remedy. 4.
