Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the illegal arrest and remand order dated 11.02.2025 passed by Ld. CJM, Jhansi in Case Crime No. 27/2025 P/S Raksa District Jhansi and subsequent remands orders passed by Ld. Trial Court Special Judge (SC/ST) Act and to set petitioners at liberty, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge- sheet on 29.04.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3.
