Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A for the State respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction in the nature certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 16.4.2025 registered as Case Crime no.0172 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333, 75, 309(1) and 191(2) of BNS, 2023 Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi. 3. Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State respondents states on instructions that after investigation, the Investigating Officer has forwarded the final report to the competent court and as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4. Since the investigation has already been concluded in favour of the petitioners, no further grievance survives. 4.
