Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No. 0111 of 2025, under Sections 302 IPC, P.S. Phase-3, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to them to agitate before the appropriate forum. 5.
