Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 18.04.2024 registered as Case Crime No.363 of 2024, Under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Moradabad. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. He submits that certified copy of the impugned FIR may be returned to him. 4. Accordingly, with the aforesaid leave, the writ petition is dismissed as not
