Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. We are not impressed by the prayer made in the writ petition to direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure impartial and fair investigation in the First Information Report dated 18.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.40 of 2025 under Section 70(1), 76, 324(4), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333 BNS, P.S. Bagwala, District Etah, once it is submitted by learned A.G.A. that upon conclusion of investigation, a chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter. All issues of fact are open for examination before the court concerned. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition or to issue any direction as has been prayed for. 3.
