Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that till date the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2024 and 31.12.2024 for demarcation/measurement has not been addressed by the competent authority. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, without adverting on the merits of the case, we direct that in case petitioner is aggrieved, he may move an appropriate application within a week's time before the concerned D.C.P. concerned, we hope and trust the same would be considered in accordance with law but certainly after giving opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders. 4.
