Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following relief: "(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner to provide/return of money Rs.2,36,500/- and further direct the respondent no. 2 to 4 decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.1.2025 pending before them expeditiously within stipulated, period to be fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3.
