Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. We are not impressed by the prayer made in the writ petition to direct fair investigation in the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.26 of 2025 under Section 420, 406, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Dilari, Distt. Moradabad, once it is submitted that upon conclusion of investigation, a chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter on 24.04.2025. All issues of fact are open for examination before the court concerned. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. 3. Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed. 4. Dismissal of this writ petition, however, will not prejudice the rights of the parties from seeking appropriate protection under the CrPC/BNSS, which shall be dealt with on its own merit and in accordance with law.
