Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for commanding and directing the Superintendent of Police, Mirzapur (respondent no.4) to take appropriate action by considering the letter dated 12.07.2024 send by the respondent no.3 and to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that as the petitioners have moved an application for demarcation of his holding under the U.P. Revenue Code 2006. On the spot, the review team reached, on account of various villagers, the actual demarcation could not be ensured and accordingly, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Lalganj, District Mirzapur has informed to the said concerned SHO, Handia, District Mirzapur vide communication dated 12.07.2024, appended as Annexu
