In spite of notice issued to the respondents, till date no response has been filed by the contesting respondents. Notice is deemed to be sufficient. Further, it is informed that till date police report has not been submitted, the Court proceed to hear the matter on merits. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the respondents and perused the record. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 27.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0111 of 2025, under Section 87 of B.N.S., 2023, P.S. - Rasoolabad, District- Kanpur Dehat and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4.
