Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State- respondents at length. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred with following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, the respondent no.2 shall looked and inquire the matter and direct to the investigating officer to conduct fair investigation and also arrest to the accused namely Vikas son of Santosh, Nitin son of Ajay Pal, Navneet son of Awadesh, all residence of Village Jauharanpurwa, Police Station Shivrajpur, District Kanpur Nagar, U.P., Nathram son of Chhotelal, Hariom son of Naathura, Jagmohan son of Sonelal, Sachin son of Jagmohan, all residence of Village Hansapur, Police Station Tirwa, Kotwali Tirwa, District Kannauj, U.P." 3.
