Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to look into the matter and done the investigation in proper and fair manner in respect of Case Crime No.120 of 2025 under sections 310 (3) BNS and section 3(2) (v) SC/ST Act of Police Station Bhognipur, District Kanpur Dehat at the earliest possible period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court (Contained as Annexure No.1) to this writ petition." 3.
