This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 29.07.2020 registered as Case Crime No.309 of 2020 under Sections 471, 468, 467, 419, 420, 406 IPC, P.S. Sigra, Distt. Varanasi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioners and as such, at this stage, the petitioners are not inclined to press the writ petition. 4.
