Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "A) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3, to produce record and progress of the investigation in Case Crime No.38 of 2025, under sections 115(2), 191(2), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S. and section 3(1)r, 3(1)s, 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Gaur, District Basti. B) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3, to conclude the investigation in Case Crime No.38 of 2025, under sections 115(2), 191(2), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S. and section 3(1)r, 3(1)s, 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Gaur, District Basti, within a stipulated period." 3.
