Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 4.5.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 0151 of 2025, under sections 109(1), 191(3), 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Bariyarpur, District Deoria. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to entertain in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioners to apply before the competent court
