Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 07.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0541 of 2025, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 BNS, P.S. Indrapuram, Distt. Ghaziabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. After substantial arguments once the Court has declined to interfere, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed in terms of the aforesaid. 5.
