Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 and 4 to ensure the lodging of the FIR against the respondent no.5 to 8 in view of the written compliant dated 18.3.2025. 3. After substantial arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to confine his prayer to the extent that the application which is pending consideration before Police Commissioner, Kanpur Nagar sent through registered post may be decided in the light of judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari v.
