Heard Mr. Prabhat Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State-respondents at length. 2. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioners have challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 25.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 69 of 2025, under Sections 121(1), 132, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191(2), 191(3), 190 B.N.S. and Section 26 of Indian Forest Act, 1927, 27/29/30/31 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, P.S. - Mandawar, District- Bijnor. The petitioners have further prayed for issuance of a direction restraining the police authorities from effecting their arrest pursuant to the aforesaid impugned F.I.R. 3.
