Jafri, larned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Sadrul Islam Jafri, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 177 of 2023, under Sections 302, 34 IPC & 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Meerapur, District- Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
