Heard Sri Shashi Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA, for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.449 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 125, 109(1) and 103(2) BNS, Police Station Dibai, District Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of general allegation applicant has been roped in the present matter along with several others including co-accused Suheb and after considering entire facts in detail co-accused Suheb has been released on bail by this Court and his bail order has been annexed at page 75 of the paper book and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 4.
