Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rahul Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2025, under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) BNS & Section 13 of U.P. Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, Police Station Ecotech-3, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 31.01.2025, the applicant was invited to produce his documents for verification for the post of Constable in Direct Recruitment in police department and when the applicant produced his documents along with Freedom Fighter Certificate before the authority concerned, the alleged certificate after due verification was found forged.
